What is this?
A physical adventure game where you are theoretically locked inside a room until you either beat the game or time runs out. The rooms contain clues, trap doors, and hidden items.
Is it scary?
Escape rooms have themes and props to set a mood, but they are not haunted houses intended to scare players.
Are there live actors, and will they touch me?
Is the activity physically strenuous?
Escape rooms require brain power, not physical strength. At most, the activity will involve some squatting down to look under an object or to get a closer look at something. You will not have to climb or do any heavy lifting. If you have any concerns, please call us ahead of time– we’ll be happy to discuss accommodations if needed.
Will I have to play with strangers?
If you reserve less than the full number of spaces for the room, there is a very high chance you will be placed with other people. To guarantee a room exclusively for your group, there is an additional $50 private-room fee.
Will we be given hints during the game?
Yes. Staff will provide hints as needed and/or upon request.
Do I need a reservation to enjoy an escape room experience?
No, reservations are not required but are highly suggested.
Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule in the event of an emergency, please call at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book the escape room for a private party/corporate event?
Yes. We are happy to accommodate single room private experiences, multiple room events, and team competitions. Private events include exclusive use of the room/rooms, and can even be held outside of regular business hours. There is a requirement of at least 12 tickets to accommodate private bookings. Please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a personalized event for your group.
What happens if I arrive late?
It is recommended that players arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. We do not permit late arrivals once the game has begun because this creates disruptions. There are no refunds for late arrivals, so please plan accordingly.
How long does each event last?
In addition to the allotted time to play the game itself, players should expect a 15-20 minute briefing upon arrival to go over the rules of the game. Players may also stay for a short time after the game for team photos.
What should I bring with me?
All you need to bring are your wits. The answers to the clues, riddles and puzzles are all in the room, and players can escape the room using basic logic, deductive reasoning, and teamwork skills.
Is the location handicapped accessible?
Yes. Accommodations can be made as needed, please call in advance.
Do I have to sign the Waiver and Release of Liability in order to participate?
Yes. If you do not want to sign the waiver, then you cannot participate.
Can children participate?
Participants must be at least 6 years of age. Children under the age of 6, infants and toddlers will not be allowed in the room. Children ages 6-17 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the Waiver and Release of Liability form signed by their parent/legal guardian.
Are cell phones permitted in the room?
The use of electronic devices (or any outside tools) is strictly prohibited and you will be immediately removed from the room if you attempt to use them.
Are food and drinks allowed in the escape room?
No, food or drinks are allowed in the escape room. We also recommend not to consume alcoholic beverages prior to playing an escape room because your going to need all available brain power. We reserve the right to refuse entry to players who appear intoxicated.
Are animals or pets allowed in the escape room?
Only service animals are permitted in the room.
Can I take photographs/videos?
Players are only permitted to take photographs/videos in the waiting area or designated picture area, not within the escape room itself. This policy ensures that the puzzles remain a mystery for future guests.
